Trying something new presents opportunities for learning and personal growth. It allows us to discover what brings us happiness, be more present in the moment, and create fresh sources of joy.

One of the things I appreciated most about Tabitha’s book is how personable she is. She shares her own experiences with the “new things” she tried, making it feel like you’re right there with her. Even when her examples felt far removed from my current reality, she brought me along for the journey in a way that was engaging and relatable.
